Returns and Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied your item can be returned unused and in its original packaging, (i.e in saleable condition) within 7 days for a full refund of purchase price or exchange. Please email customer services at info@fitchfirst.co.uk to arrange for an exchange or refund.
We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
